Chick was the young sidekick of Penguin and a member of the Super Foes.

The Penguin convinced Chick to allow the SuperFriends to take him prisoner so that he could infiltrate the Hall of Justice. Thanks to the efforts of Wonder Dog however, the SuperFriends managed to unveil Chick's ruse and defeat his allies in the Super Foes.
