Lex Luthor's cybernetic spider was a spider-like tank that he either built or stole.
In late 1985, Lex Luthor used this large Cybernetic spider to rob an office building near Sunset Plaza in Metropolis.
It could shoot both organic and kryptonite webbing, as well as energy blasts.[2]
