Killer whales were a type of aquatic mammal. They were known for being toothed whales, one of the few species of whales that actually had teeth. They commonly preyed on sea lions, but they rarely attacked Humans, just as with most other species of cetaceans.
Despite their name, they were actually peaceful creatures, [2]not killers, and they were actually not just whales, but they were part of the cetacean family known as dolphins.

Doctor Pelagian used three killer whales to attack Superman and Aquaman, who were searching for him in the Atlantic.[3]
King Plasto made a robot killer whale out of FRERP, a type of plastic. Aquaman encountered it in the Pacific and referred to it as an "overgrown sea pachyderm."[4]
