This jet nozzle was attached to the bottom of a tugboat that belonged to Doctor Thinkwik. He was using his boat to transport the nozzle out into the open sea, where he used the powerful jet stream to shift the Gulf Stream, in an effort to make his home country of Glacia a warmer and nicer place to live.
