The character was clearly a rip-off of the famous Universal Studios film monster known as the Wolf Man, who was a werewolf.

At a drive-in theater playing Frankenstein 2000 Meets the She Wolf, Chilton Bone used his magical talisman to bring She Wolf to life, making her emerge from the movie screen.
