Supertown, sometimes called the Celestial City; was a floating city that was settled among the clouds above the surface of New Genesis.
It was the capitol city of that planet, where the New Gods lived.

After the Superfriends repelled Joker, Penguin and other supervillains that were given Apokoliptian technology, Supertown was Boom Tubed to Earth, where it hovered high above Gotham City.[2]
